Política de reembolso

1. We have 2-DAYS return/exchange policy, means you have 2 days after receiving your items to request a return/exchange.
2. Return/exchange is available on all items except earrings for hygiene purpose.
3. To request return/exchange your items should be in the same condition as you received it, UNWORN, with tags, and in its original packaging.
4. For international orders no exchange only refund. Customers will handle the return shipping fees.
5. For local (KUWAIT) to return/exchange customer will handle the return and delivery fees and it will be similar to paid delivery fees.
6. We don’t accept return/refund on discounted items.
7. For returned items, when we receive and inspect your returned item, and it’s approved  by us you will get your refund.
8. Please contact us on our email Diluvio.jewelry@gmail.com to request return/exchange. Provide us with your order number and phone number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

لدينا سياسة إرجاع/استبدال لمدة يومين، مما يعني أنه لديك يومين بعد استلامك للمنتجات لطلب الإرجاع/الاستبدال

إرجاع/الإستبدال متاح لجميع المنتجات باستثناء الأقراط لغرض النظافة 

لطلب الإرجاع/الاستبدال، يجب أن تكون المنتجات في نفس الحالة التي استلمتها بها، وغير مستخدمة، مع العلامات، وفي عبوتها الأصلية

لطلبات الدولية، لا يتم الاستبدال فقط الاسترجاع. وسيتحمل العملاء رسوم شحن الإرجاع

لطلبات المحلية (الكويت)، سيتحمل العميل رسوم الإرجاع والتوصيل وستكون مماثلة لرسوم التوصيل

لا نقبل الإرجاع/الإسترداد للمنتجات المنخفضة
